Frequently Asked Questions

Is QwikKube really free?

Yes, 100% free! QwikKube is free for personal use, commercial use, and everything in between. There are no premium tiers, no feature locks, and no usage limits.

Can I use QwikKube at work?

Absolutely! You're welcome to use QwikKube for commercial purposes, including managing production clusters at your company. No special license required.

Will QwikKube become paid in the future?

We have no plans to make QwikKube a paid product. Our goal is to build the best Kubernetes IDE and keep it accessible to everyone.

How can I support QwikKube?

If you'd like to support our work, you can sponsor us on GitHub. You can also help by starring the repo, sharing QwikKube with others, or reporting bugs and suggesting features.

Does the AI feature require an API key or internet connection?

No. QwikKube's AI runs entirely on your machine using local models. No API keys, no internet connection needed for AI features, and your cluster data never leaves your device. You only need internet once to download a model (~1.5-4 GB depending on the model you choose).

Do you collect any data or require accounts?

No. QwikKube doesn't collect any usage data, doesn't require accounts, and doesn't transmit your cluster data to our servers. Your Kubernetes data stays on your machine.
